Gortsiq is created to consult users about their labor rights through the chat with the AI and to give a space for employees to share their experiences at their workplaces (including anonymously). These experiences can be shared by employees working at any company/organization around the world (not limited to Armenia). The goal of this rating is further pushing the employers (globally) to improve working conditions for their employees. The blog is a source for exchange of information, opinions and wishes regarding the future of work.

Yes, Gortsiq is created by an initiative based in Yerevan. For many years this initiative was running a social media page providing free consultations to anyone interested in protecting their labor rights. But now it has created this website where questions can be asked in the chat and AI will give answers based on the labor legislation of Armenia. It will be also updated as soon as laws are amended (which happens often). Meanwhile, the employer rating section is international, which means anyone can rate their employer located anywhere in the world.

It’s free to use this website. You don’t need to register for the chat with the AI. You only need to register if you want to leave a comment about your employer/employment conditions. After registration you can leave comments also anonymously. Any information you provide regarding your personal data is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
